AURA GROUNDING
* Breathing calmly, feel your body relax. With every breath, feel the tension leave your body. Sit comfortably
with your feet on the ground.
*Visualize your Aura being about 2 feet from your body. Breathe calmly and with every Inhale focus on your Aura
moving closer to your body.
*When you feel your Aura is against your skin, Take a deep breath, exhale and intend that all of your Aura is going
into your heart. Keep going until you feel it is all in your heart.
*Notice if this is hard to do. Pay attention if you see colors, have emotions come up, hear sounds or feel this in another
part of your body.
*Keep your aura energy in your heart for 6 breaths. Imagine your heart pumping your energy into your veins and arteries.
As you continue to breathe naturally, feel the energy spreading through your body until it's at your feet and the top of your head.
*Take a deep breath and as you exhale, push your aura out of your body and to the walls in the room you are in or about 3 feet away
from your body. Notice how you feel now.
* This meditation connects you with your Aura. It aids you in accessing the information contained in your Aura.
